CM Punk took a dig at Roman Reigns while speaking to a Hollywood superstar. There's no question that Punk and Reigns don't like each other, but The Second City Saint is taking things to another level with a subtle shot.

WWE went all in on RAW's debut on Netflix last January 6, with a stacked card, legends and a ton of celebrities present. One of those celebrities was Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin, who has been a lifelong wrestling fan.

Speaking to WIRED on YouTube, Culkin answered the internet's most searched questions about him. One of the questions was if he likes pro wrestling, and his answer was a definitive yes. He also shared a story of how CM Punk told him during a flight together that he received a bigger pop than Roman Reigns on RAW's Netflix debut show.

"I love wrestling, are you kidding me? I'm a lifelong wrestling fan. Actually, a well known wrestling fan, too. Recently, I went to one of the early Raws on Netflix and got a big pop from the crowd. They showed me in audience. I was going out to Raw a couple of weeks later and I was on the plane with CM Punk. I was like, ‘Hey Phil, I’m going to Raw tomorrow. Good luck.' 'Thanks. I just want to let you know, me and the boys in the back, we thought it was funny that you got a bigger pop than Roman Reigns from the audience,'" Culkin said. [H/T Fightful]

Despite seemingly not liking each other, CM Punk and Roman Reigns teamed up to voice The Zebros in the animated film Zootopia 2.

CM Punk slowly transitioning toward Hollywood

CM Punk might be the World Heavyweight Champion, but it hasn't stopped him from pursuing a Hollywood career. Punk seems to be slowly transitioning into the next chapter of his career based on his acting projects this year.

In addition to lending his voice for Zootopia 2, Punk is set to appear in the film Night Patrol starring Jermaine Fowler and Justin Long. He also has a recurring role in the television series titled Revival on Syfy.

According to Deadline, the 47-year-old star began filming The Bodyguard after Survivor Series: WarGames, which explained his two-week absence on RAW. The movie is being produced by Netflix and will be headlined by Leighton Meester and Jared Padalecki.
