Chiefs' Travis Kelce reveals bold plan to stop Aaron Donald return to Rams

The Kansas City Chiefs would be paying close attention if Aaron Donald decides to return from retirement and play for the Los Angeles Rams.

Regardless of Donald, the Rams are a Super Bowl contender, especially with the trade they pulled off to add future Hall of Famer Myles Garrett.

But if Donald was enticed enough by Garrett's presence to come back himself, that'd be massive news for the Rams, and bad news for the Chiefs.

The Chiefs are coming off a 6-11 season, and Patrick Mahomes is healing from a season-ending knee injury, but the proud franchise is doing its best to bounce back.

Legendary tight end Travis Kelce, back for another season and not yet retired, is paying attention to the rumors of Donald coming back.

On the latest edition of the New Heights podcast, Kelce shared that he'd have a problem with it.

"They can't do that, right?" Travis began.

"That'd be cheating," Jason Kelce replied. "Roger (Goodell) would have to step in. If I was still playing O-line in the league, I would start a petition."

Travis continued: "I'm starting a GoFundMe. This isn't allowed. I don't know what we're raising money for, but we're gonna f---ing put a halt to this."

The brothers also pointed out that the Rams already have the reigning MVP, Matthew Stafford, and have now added the Defensive Player of the Year, Garrett. Bringing back one of the best defensive players ever in Donald, even at age 35, would be quite the outcome.

Rams fans are surely hoping for it to happen. Fans of the other 31 NFL teams? Definitely not.
