Chiefs heiress Gracie Hunt's BF Derek Green pens down wholesome message expressing love for $1.6 billion worth Hunt family

Gracie Hunt's mother, Tavia Hunt, shared a heartfelt message as she entered a new year. She reflected on 2025 and all of the ups and downs she experienced. She expressed her love for family and included a carousel of photos of their adventures throughout the last year.

Tavia Hunt has been married to Clark Hunt, the co-owner and chairman of the Kansas City Chiefs. Clark Hunt's family, who has a net worth of $1.6 billion, according to Forbes, recently announced that their Kansas CIty Chiefs will be building a new stadium and moving from Missouri to Kansas.

"As this year comes to a close, I’m still reflecting on it. I won, lost, failed, cried, laughed, and loved—but above all, I learned. Through it all, I saw God’s faithfulness. I’m reminded that what we gain by reaching our goals matters far less than who we become along the way.This year held both challenge and change. There was lots of disappointment, seasons of stretching, and transitions that required faith—both personally and as a family," She continued, "At the same time, there were meaningful milestones, new beginnings, and reminders that God is always at work, even when the picture feels unfinished. What this year taught me most is the gift of staying close to God. In quieter, simpler moments, I learned to block out the noise and distraction and focus on what truly sustains. And He met me there—steadily, faithfully, lovingly."

"Hard seasons have a way of clarifying what matters. They can draw us inward, or they can draw us nearer to Him. I’m grateful that this year did the latter. And I’m striving to carry that nearness not just through valleys, but into everyday life," Tavia wrote.

Tavia Hunt's Instagram post has over 3,000 likes since it was posted on Thursday. One of the comments was from her daughter, Gracie Hunt's, boyfriend, Derek Green, who shared his love.

"Love your fam! So many amazing memories with you guys- can’t wait for 2026!" Derek Green wrote.

Derek Green has known the Hunt family since he was a child and his father, Trent Green, played quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Gracie Hunt rang in 2026 with boyfriend Derek Green

Gracie Hunt and her boyfriend, Derek Green, rang in the new year with her parents, Clark and Tavia Hunt, brother Knobel and boyfriend, Derek Green. She didn't share their exact location but they did welcome in the new year in a warmer climate.

"Vamos 2026! 😎🎆 Grateful for the past, hopeful for the future, and ready for all that’s ahead. Happy New Year! 🎊" Gracie shared.

In the Instagram carousel, the couple watched as fireworks lit up the sky and enjoyed time with her family.
