Charley Hull is already putting in the work ahead of the 2026 season, sharing a glimpse of her practice routine on social media. The English golfer recently posted a training update on her Instagram story showing her working on her swing.
On Friday, January 2, Hull shared three pictures on her Instagram story, wearing a white sweatshirt paired with light grey trousers and white shoes. As noted by Hull each image was taken at a different location. The first picture showed her practicing on an outdoor range while the other two were from separate indoor simulator setups. She captioned the story:
"Done 3 different range sessions today in 3 different locations 🤣"

The new season is set to begin with the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in Orlando, Florida. Hull last competed in the event in 2024 where she finished tied for seventh.
The three-time LPGA winner is coming off a mixed 2025. As the season wrapped up Hull reflected on the year with an Instagram post that featured moments from both on and off the course. Sharing the carousel with her followers, she wrote:
“From little me with a club… to still not putting it down. 😏⛳️ 2025 was a proper mix - grafting, competing, plenty of laughs, and a lot of golf. Wouldn’t have it any other way. Grateful for my people who keep me level and make it fun along the way ❤️ Still hungry, still loving it, still having a laugh. 2026… I’m ready. 👊The first image in the post was an AI-generated picture showing two versions of Hull on the same putting green. One represented her younger self from 2006, while the other showed her as a professional in 2025. Both were seen reading a putt in the same posture showing how her journey has progressed over the years.
Charley Hull balances injury recovery with fitness work off the course
Away from the competitive golf, Charley Hull has continued to priortize her fitness whenever her body allows. She has previously spoken about treating her training like an athlete's routine rather than just golf specific work and that approach hasn't changed despiter physical setbacks.
On January 1, Hull posted a workout update on her Instagram story, sharing data from a running session that showed her pace, distance and heart rate. Alongside it, she explained how she has been carefully returning to activity after ankle ligament damage and ongoing back issues caused by her cysts in her spine. Hull added,
"I've slowly been able start running again in this last week and finally got it up to 3k already. Absolutely buzzing with that and the Pilates work is doing my injuries really good..."Speaking to Golfweek in October, Charley Hull said her ankle and back injuries forced her to cut down on gym work. She explained that she could not train with weights and would be away from full workouts for a few months, adding that she had also lost weight during her recovery.
Even with those setbacks, Charley Hull had a strong year on tour. She won the Kroger Queen City Championship for her first title in two years, rose to No. 5 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, missed just two cuts in 16 starts and finished inside the top 10 on four occasions.
