Justin Herbert will have a new offensive coordinator next season.
The Chargers announced Tuesday they fired Greg Roman following Sunday’s disastrous playoff loss to the Patriots.
The team also revealed it let go of its offensive line coach, Mike Devlin.
Roman came to Los Angeles with Jim Harbaugh in 2024, and Herbert and Co. produced mixed results under his tutelage.
In the OC’s first season, the Bolts finished 20th in total yards and 11th in points. This past season, the team ended 12th in yards and 20th in points.
Roman’s tenure comes to an end following a brutal wild-card round defeat in New England. The Chargers scored just three points and mustered only 207 total yards in the postseason loss.
Herbert — who moved to 0-3 in his playoff career with the defeat — threw for just 159 yards on 19-of-31 passing.
Prior to his time in L.A., Roman served as offensive coordinator for the 49ers, Bills and Ravens.
