The Los Angeles Chargers' offseason plans have confused fans, with the franchise seemingly unwilling to spend to improve the roster.
Yes, some nice pieces, like center Tyler Biadasz, were signed, but the offensive line and receiver positions need more.
And the Chargers have the cap space to make several moves, but it just appears they don't want to.
But with the NFL draft approaching, mocks are being done, and for CBS Sports' Zachary Pereles, in his latest mock draft, the Chargers get a new weapon for Justin Herbert in Texas A&M's KC Concepcion.
"He has earned comparisons to Jaylen Waddle, and guess who just thrived in Mike McDaniel's offense? Jaylen Waddle," Pereles wrote. "Plugging Concepcion into the slot would be a great help for Justin Herbert."

Chargers do Herbert big favor
Taking either an offensive lineman or receiver in the first-round would be ideal for the Chargers, and getting a player like Concepcion would add some firepower to the offense.
With Ladd McConkey, Quentin Johnson, and Tre Harris, adding Concepcion to the list will give Mike McDaniel another weapon to move around to create matchup advantages.
Of course, all of that is for nothing if the offensive line can't protect, but having Rashawn Slater and Joe Alt back should help.
For me, L.A.'s first pick has to be either offensive line or receiver, and in Concepcion, Herbert gets quite the weapon.
