Rob Gronkowski made sure to grab Camille Kostek's attention years ago, which led them to create a life together.
Gronkowski and Kostek's relationship began after they met in 2013 at a New England Patriots charity event. At the time, Gronk was a tight end for the franchise, and Kostek was a cheerleader. Since it was prohibited for players to date cheerleaders, they would have had to keep a potential relationship in secret.
In a recent conversation with WAG World per People, the model shared that Gronkowski made the first move to initiate their romance. The tight end wrote down his number on the back of a “Hello, I am Rob Gronkowski” name sticker with a handwritten “Shh.”
“I was like, ‘Oh, you sneaky boy,’” Kostek said, adding that she still has the crinkled-up sticker with his number to this day.
The two went public with their relationship in 2015 when Kostek ended her career with the Patriots following the Super Bowl XLIX win against the Seattle Seahawks. During her sit-down with the outlet, she shared her thoughts on marriage and children, noting that she believes that those will come when the timing is right.
"In all, I believe that this is the path I'm meant to be on," she said, adding, "I'm in the right place at the right time and I am so excited to watch when all of these other things will unfold."
Kostek and Gronkowski are both excelling in their careers side-by-side. The model was recently featured in the 2026 edition of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alongside Alix Earle, Livvy Dunne, and more. As for Gronkowski, he is currently the NFL studio analyst for FOX Sports.
