Chantelle Cameron is aiming for a career-best performance when she takes on Mikaela Mayer in their blockbuster main event unification bout in Birmingham on Saturday.
British world champion Cameron (22-1, 8 KOs) faces American Mayer (22-2, 5 KOs) at the bp pulse LIVE arena in Birmingham on August 29 - live on Sky Sports - with every bout on the MVPW-06 main card pitting a UK fighter against a US opponent.
Cameron maintains Mayer - who holds the WBC and WBA belts - is not "special" enough to threaten her chances of victory.

"I really do believe this is going to be a great performance by me - I think it's going to be my best performance of my career, I really do," Cameron told Sky Sports.
"I feel like everything's gone well and there's no reason for it to fall apart on fight night. When I'm like this, and I've put the work in and my mindset is where I want it to be, nobody's beating me.
"I know that all I have to do is do what I've been doing in the gym. I've done everything.
"I'm heading into fight week in such a good place - confident and knowing that it's going to take someone really good and special to beat me, and I just don't think that's Mikaela.
"When I'm thinking like that and acting that out in the gym and everything else, I just know that I'm not going to be denied the victory."

Cameron - WBO champion - is the only fighter to beat Irish boxing legend Katie Taylor, but is aware a victory against Mayer would rank high on her list of achievements.
"It's going to be obviously massive. I am the only one to beat Katie Taylor, so that is going to be hard to top!
"I don't think that's ever going to be topped because Katie Taylor is obviously a phenomenal fighter and nobody has beat her. Everyone's tried, but nobody has actually got that win against her, whereas I have.
"Mikaela's a great fighter, pound for pound, one of the best. This will be my second highest achievement.

"I'm going to say it's a 52 per cent versus 48 per cent kind of job - this is a great fight!
"This is not going to be an easy fight by all means. It's going to be a tough, tough fight, but I know what I'm capable of and I'm excited to execute it.
"When I have this little bite in me and when I have this little like kick in me, I just think nobody's staying with me!"
