If someone wants the new Nike Catlin Clark sneaker, they have to look at the secondary market for now.

The Kobe V Protro retailed for $190 and was put on sale on the Nike website at 10 a.m. EST on Monday.

It sold out in minutes.

As soon as they sold out, the shoes began popping up on the resale market.

As of the writing of this article, people still looking for the shoe can buy it for the marked-up price of $365.

According to two reputable sneaker accounts on X, there were only around 13,000 pairs available on Monday’s drop, making these shoes even more of a collector’s item.

The shoes follow the same design as Lakers legend Kobe Bryant’s fifth signature shoe.

Nike describes the sneaker on their website as “Midnight Navy, Bright Crimson, vibrant hits of University Gold, and polished off with a high-gloss finish that glistens under the spotlight.”

Those colors align closely with the jersey of the star player for the Indiana Fever. She is the primary reason why this shoe sold out so quickly.

Clark has opened the eyes of many to the WNBA with her exceptional play and style.

Clark has averaged 18.2 PPG and has dished out 8.9 assists in just nine games this season. The only thing that has been able to stop the second-year phenom is injuries.

Last year’s WNBA Rookie of the Year is currently dealing with a groin injury, which has held her out of the Fever’s last two games. Clark, who was recently voted an All-Star Game captain, also suffered a left quad strain in late May.

The Fever sits at 8-8 and third in the East Division. Indiana is 3-4 without the star guard in the lineup and has to face the 14-2 Minnesota Lynx on Tuesday. Clark is still listed as day-to-day.
