Caitlin Clark contract, explained: How new CBA gives Fever superstar massive pay raise in 2026

The WNBA players and owners have settled on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement, worth $1 billion over the course of seven years.

Player salaries are perhaps the largest change in this deal, with rookie salaries often increasing six times over. There is also a new salary cap for single-player contracts and teams as a whole. Alongside these changes comes a longer season with better facilities and revenue sharing.

Caitlin Clark has not had to worry about the rookie salaries nearly as much as some of her teammates and opponents. According to a 2025 Sportico report, Clark made over $16 million from sponsors last year.

But with the updated CBA also comes a new salary for the Indiana Fever guard. Here's how much Caitlin Clark is expected to make for her contributions on the court in 2026.
