Caitlin Clark officially made her return to action for the Indiana Fever in their preseason clash with the Brazil national team on Sunday afternoon. Clark was unsurprisingly dominant once again, but afterwards, she got called out by one of her opponents on social media.

After not playing in the Fever's preseason opener against the Washington Mystics due to a leg injury, Clark made her return to Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Sunday, which is where she played her college basketball with the Iowa Hawkeyes. Clark scored 16 points, hauled in six rebounds, and dished out five assists as Indiana cruised to a 108-44 win.

In the wake of this game, Clark took to Instagram to share her excitement about being back on the court, sharing a post on her shooting the ball over Izabela Nicoletti with the caption saying "Deja vu... a special day."

Nicoletti noticed that she wasn't tagged in the picture by Clark, and she quickly let her know, leaving a hilarious comment on her post that gave fans a laugh.

"Damn at least tag me in the pic," Nicoletti said.

After a dominant rookie campaign that saw her average 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.7 rebounds per game, Clark is entering the 2025 season with heightened expectations. Not only are the Fever expected to take a step forward as a group, but Clark is one of the favorites to take home the MVP Award heading into the season.

Indiana has one more preseason game against the Atlanta Dream on Saturday, May 10 at 3 p.m. ET. After that, all the games will count, as they will open their regular season campaign against the Chicago Sky on Saturday, May 17 at 3 p.m. ET.
