Buddy Hield stats today: Warriors guard erupts for 22 first-half points, hits six threes in Game 7 vs. Rockets

Golden State jumped out to an early series lead in the first round of the 2025 NBA Playoffs over Houston. The Warriors had a 3-1 lead, but they lost back-to-back games as the Rockets forced Game 7.

Golden State knows all about blowing 3-1 leads in the playoffs, and the memes were plentiful. There's still a half to play, but Warriors guard Buddy Hield is doing his best to keep the team on the right side of history. He played in every game in the regular season but largely came off the bench. In Game 7, Hield came alive with a dominant first half to give the Warriors the lead through two quarters.
