That's the big question.
He's listed with 30.875-inch arms.
It's the third-shortest arm length ever measured at the NFL Combine.
The only two players with shorter arms are a potential later-round pick this year, Cashius Howell, and Nate Williams, a former NFL player who never made much of an impact.

Bain may not test well, but that's not what his game is about.
He's "proven doubters wrong," ESPN's Laura Rutledge said to him Thursday night.
"I can do anything I put my mind to," Bain told her during Thursday's draft broadcast.
He'll do anything he can to prove the doubters wrong one more time.
