Daniel Jones signed a reported one-year, $14 million contract with the Colts in the offseason. The deal included a $6 million signing bonus with $13.15 million in guaranteed money.

Jones battled with Anthony Richardson for the starting quarterback role.

Although Richardson was entering his third year with the franchise, Indy opted to go with Jones as its QB1, and it's worked well for the team so far.

The Colts will still be leading the AFC South if they lose against the Steelers.
