Browns may be without Harold Fannin Jr. & David Njoku for Week 18 vs. Bengals

Heading into the final week of the NFL regular season, the Cleveland Browns are seemingly only playing for bragging rights as they take on the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 18.

Cleveland was able to take a gritty win over a Pittsburgh Steelers team that's desperate to clinch the AFC North, beating them with a final score of 13-6.

Browns tight end Harold Fannin Jr. was the only player to record a touchdown in the game, but he, alongside David Njoku, is in jeopardy of missing the final game of the season.

After exiting early in the Browns' win in Week 17 over the Steelers with a groin injury, Harold Fannin Jr. missed the team's first practice of the week on Wednesday while still dealing with a groin injury.

Meanwhile, David Njoku hasn't been active for the Browns since their Dec. 7 loss to the Tennessee Titans, resulting in three straight missed games.

Fannin Jr. and Njoku have been two of the Browns' most successful pass-catchers this season.

Fannin Jr. leads the team in both receiving yards (731) and receiving touchdowns (6) in his first year in the NFL. Njoku has missed a large part of the season, but is still fourth on the team in receiving yards (293) and second in receiving touchdowns (4).

If either one of them can log a limited practice at some point this week, leading up to Sunday, their chances of playing in the final game of the season will boost.

However, if either can become a full participant, this will most likely result in suiting up for Week 18 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
