Browns cut ties with their 3rd-highest-rated offensive player

The Cleveland Browns just keep on doing Cleveland Browns things.

In a brutal Week 15, there were not many bright spots. But one was Garrett Dellinger.

The Browns had brought Dellinger to town to fill in on the offensive line.

And then against the Bears in Chicago, Dellinger was the Browns' third-highest-rated offensive player, according to Pro Football Focus.

Did that cement a longer-term gig for Dellinger? Not with the Browns.

Cleveland waived Dellinger after the game.

On Tuesday, the Tennessee Titans claimed Dellinger off waivers.

Yes, Dellinger was only a seventh-round pick in 2025 by the Ravens out of LSU.

But he's 23 years old and just played a really solid game on pretty short notice as an offensive lineman for a team without a ton of offensive threats.

This was his NFL debut, too.

Dellinger, just maybe, had some real potential.

The Browns didn't stick around to see it.

It'll be the Titans gladly seeing if Dellinger can replicate those reps in another week. Cleveland will stick with its uninspiring roster.
