The Cleveland Browns made a major roster move midday on Saturday.
Quinshon Judkins has been officially activated, and he's set to make his NFL debut on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2 of the 2025 NFL regular season.
But to get Judkins onto the 53-man roster, the Browns had to make a cut.
They've chosen to waive wide receiver Gage Larvadain, an inspiring story from the summer.

Larvadain's journey to this point wasn't straightforward.
He went to Southeastern Louisiana University out of high school in that state, and he also joined their basketball team as a walk-on.
He was the Southland Conference Freshman of the Year and spent two seasons at SELA, including 11 basketball games.
After those two years, he transferred to Miami (Ohio), where he had 42 catches for 679 yards and six TDs.
After that season, he transferred to South Carolina. With the Gamecocks, he had 19 catches for 223 yards and a touchdown.

Larvadain measured just 5-foot-8, 170 pounds at his Pro Day.
The Browns invited him to their rookie minicamp, and he was good enough there to earn a contract for the rest of the summer. And since then, Larvadain didn't stop impressing.
But sometimes, the roster churn comes after the players without a big pedigree. Larvadain is a little guy who went undrafted, and the second-round rookie RB takes precedence here.
The Browns will likely try to get Larvadain onto the practice squad, where he'll have to keep chipping away at his NFL dream.
