The Milwaukee Brewers have made the 2026 MLB World Series, and they'll face off against the No. 1 AL seed, the Tampa Bay Rays. It's going to be a great series between the two best teams from the 2026 season.
But who is favored? Well, since the Brewers have the home-field advantage, they naturally have a bump in World Series odds over the Rays. But how are the predictions from MLB experts coming in?
ESPN and CBS Sports recently shared their World Series predictions, and between the two, 20 MLB experts weighed in on the series. Of all of those experts, 80% are siding with the Brewers, which is a great sign for Brewers fans that the experts believe in them so strongly.
Brewers get 80% of World Series predictions from CBS Sports, ESPN
ESPN shared that of their 15 MLB experts polled for their predictions of the 2026 World Series, 12 sided with the Brewers.
"Milwaukee Brewers (12 votes). In how many games? Seven games (7 votes), Six games (5 votes)," ESPN shared from their expert poll.
With only three of the 15 voters predicting the Rays will beat the Brewers, it's clear that ESPN's MLB experts believe in Jacob Misiorowski and this Brewers team getting their first-ever World Series championship in franchise history.
But these ESPN MLB experts aren't the only ones predicting the Brewers will go on to win the World Series this year over the Rays.

Of the five experts from CBS Sports polled, four voted for the Brewers to win it all. But like all 15 of ESPN's voters, all five of CBS Sports' voters predicted this series would go at least six games.
Overall, between CBS Sports and ESPN, 16 of the 20 voters, or 80% of the MLB experts between the two sites, are predicting the Brewers will win this World Series.
That's not the team's odds of winning it all, but with how great this Brewers team has looked this postseason, including their four-game sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers, the experts are siding with Milwaukee as they pursue their first championship.
