TKO Group has dropped a massive announcement involving WWE and UFC. The biggest pro wrestling and mixed martial arts company have been under the same ownership since September 2023.

In a press release on Thursday, November 20, TKO announced a partnership with DoorDash, the largest food delivery company in the United States. DoorDash is set to have a heavy presence on both WWE and UFC moving forward.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome DoorDash to the TKO family. Our partnership will deliver first-of-its-kind integrations, content, and experiences, and unlock even more opportunities connecting families to the exciting entertainment of WWE and fight fans to the world of UFC,” Sana Shuaib, TKO Global Parternships Senior Vice President, said in a statement.

DoorDash is set to collaborate with WWE and UFC moving forward, which includes social media projects with superstars and fighters. The company is also scheduled to be one of WWE's presenting partners in a future Premium Live Event, as well as in multiple UFC events in 2026.

“We’re proud to join forces with TKO, a company setting new standards for engaging fans through WWE and UFC. At DoorDash, we’re all about connecting people to what they love, whether that’s their favorite meal, moment, or match, and together with TKO, we’ll create new ways for fans to experience the thrill of live sports and entertainment,” the head of brand partnerships at DoorDash, Ariel Gambardella, said.

Since the creation of TKO Group, one of its primary focus was sponsorships and global takeover.

WWE Hall of Famer once ordered on DoorDash during live show

One of the most viral moments of 2023 was Booker T ordering DoorDash during a live NXT show. The two-time Hall of Famer was caught by a fan getting takeout via DoorDash. Some fans trolled Booker T, while others understood that if someone's hungry, they can eat whatever they want.

With TKO's new partnership with DoorDash, it will be interesting to see if they can get Booker T into one of their social media projects or even commercials. They can go back to his moment two years ago and made light of the situation that will benefit everyone.
