A WWE referee threw up the x sign on RAW after a star collapsed. It has left fans very worried.

The referee was worried about Roxanne Perez on WWE RAW tonight. Perez was facing none other than Nikki Bella and the star had an incredible match. The bout even saw her pick up the huge upset win over the legend thanks to distraction from Raquel Rodriguez. This is developing into a bigger feud as Stephanie Vaquer has teamed up with Bella to face Perez and Rodriguez in the future.

Unfortunately, during the match, things went wrong. Bella slapped Perez across the face, and it looked like a hard shot. Perez then landed badly to sell it, but the impact came to her head. She looked actually hurt and was dazed in that moment. She could not stand steadily and this led to more worries about the star's wellness. WWE referee Jessica Carr in particular was very worried about her and made it clear.

She threw up the X sign after talking to Perez, which is the signal to the back that a star is hurt. The match continued, but there were also doctors present at ringside. Now, it remains to be seen what's next for either star, and whether Perez might miss any action due to the potential concussion. As of now, there's no word on if the injury is serious.n
