Many major names were at ringside for John Cena's final match at Saturday Night's Main Event. One of them was a decade-old rival of his who made his first WWE TV appearance in nine months, as he has been out with a major injury.

When John Cena made his entrance for the last time ever, he had a wholesome gesture where he filmed the iconic cameraman, Stu. At ringside were some major celebrity names, including high-profile rappers, sportsmen, and actors. There were also several top wrestlers at ringside, one of whom was Eve Torres. Others included Michelle McCool, Kurt Angle, Mark Henry, Rob Van Dam, Trish Stratus, and Sami Zayn. Elias, aka Elijah in TNA, was also at ringside and was acknowledged by Cena.

But perhaps the most surprising name at ringside was Kevin Owens, who was Cena's rival a decade ago. Owens hasn't been seen since prior to WrestleMania 41, where he had to pull out of his match against Randy Orton due to an injury. Cena embraced his old rival, and it was a wholesome moment.

A decade ago, Kevin Owens burst onto the scene by confronting Cena while he was still the NXT Champion. John Cena, who was the United States Champion at the time, faced KO in his PPV debut and would lose to a young Owens, who pulled off a massive upset.

In what was something rare for 2015, Owens pinned Cena clean. They would go on to have a trilogy in the coming months, with Cena ultimately standing tall. However, that was Cena's last year as a full-time superstar, and it also marked the start of another part of his career, where he began to put people over left, right, and center.

Despite those two losses, Owens turned out fine and had what many can consider a proper, Hall of Fame-worthy career.
