Brad Pitt’s secret to youthful appearance exposed by celeb plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow

Brad Pitt has his “feminine beauty” to thank for still looking so good at 62, celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow said.

Dr. Dubrow weighed in on the “F1” star’s youthful looks and whether Pitt has undergone plastic surgery during the “misSpelling” podcast on Monday.

“The one who’s sort of gotten away with it – and I don’t know what he’s done – but the one who sort of hasn’t aged at all, and it doesn’t look like plastic surgery, is Brad Pitt,” Dr. Dubrow, 67, told host Tori Spelling.

“Brad Pitt really looks good,” he added. “And I don’t know if he’s had a facelift, but we know he has.”

Spelling, 52, went on to say that the “Fight Club” star’s “overall being and skin and everything got better when he got sober,” and attributed Pitt’s new look to a recent “lifestyle change.”

Dr. Dubrow, however, shared his “theory” as to why Pitt “looks good and not weird looking” at 62.

“I just mean, why does Brad Pitt at 60, with no wrinkles and no laxity in his face, why does that look OK, whereas another male at 60 or 65 with no wrinkles and no laxity, why do they look weird?” the celeb plastic surgeon asked.

“Because Brad Pitt’s looks are based on feminine beauty,” he answered. “If you look at him in ‘Legends of the Fall,’ he’s hotter than any other female in the movie. He’s prettier.”

After naming other “pretty guys” like Rob Lowe and John Stamos, Dr. Dubrow explained that “you can have feminizing plastic surgery and it looks good.”

“But if you’re a different kind of handsome, that’s not based on a feminine look, and you have feminizing plastic surgery, it’s super weird,” Dr. Dubrow told Spelling.

“You have to be a feminine-looking guy to have full plastic surgery when you’re in your 60s, late 50s, early 70s, to not look weird,” he concluded. “There ya go.”

Pitt’s reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.

Although the “Bullet Train” star has never publicly confirmed having plastic surgery, speculation that Pitt got a facelift began after he appeared much younger at the Wimbledon tennis tournament in July 2023.

The rumors picked up more steam when Pitt and his girlfriend, Ines de Ramon, 33, stepped out together at the Venice Film Festival in September 2024.

“The Brad video has gone viral because people can’t believe how good he looks at 60,” aesthetic doctor Dr. Jonny Betteridge told the Sun in January 2024.

“Looking at the pictures I posted, Brad does look like he could have had a facelift,” he added regarding photos of Pitt before and after Wimbledon 2023. “The changes are significant in that time.”
