The loss also ended Boston's four-game win streak, which came on the back of Jaylen Brown's incredible performances.

Despite Jayson Tatum's absence and roster overhaul, the Celtics have played a superb brand of basketball, which has yielded positive results. Brown has powered the Celtics to third place in the Eastern Conference standings with a 19-12 record.

Meanwhile, the Jazz have been below average this season, but the franchise has found some momentum by winning the last two games. Utah is currently 11th in the West with a 12-19 record.

The Celtics have found a solid starting lineup, which has been led superbly by former NBA Finals MVP Jaylen Brown. Derrick White and Payton Pritchard's partnership has worked well in the backcourt. Brown's offensive brilliance is complemented brilliantly by Jordan Walsh's ability to handcuff the best players in the league.

Neemias Queta has sealed his place as the team's starting center. This lineup has played 163 minutes together across 17 games, boosting an offensive rating of 117.7 and a defensive rating of 109.8.

The Jazz might be forced to make one huge change to their starting five against the Celtics. Rising star Keyonte George faces the possibility of missing the action, and if he is ruled out, Utah will start someone else in the point guard position.

With Ace Bailey out, Brice Sensabaugh will continue to start in the backcourt. Lauri Markkanen and Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk will be on the wing, while Jusuf Nurkic will lead the frontcourt from the center position.

The Celtics will remain without Chris Boucher and Jayson Tatum. Broucher is sidelined with personal reasons, while Tatum is recovering from an ACL injury.

Meanwhile, the Jazz listed Keyonte George as questionable owing to an illness. Ace Bailey (left hip flexor strain), Elijah Harkless (G League), Walker Kessler (left shoulder injury recovery), Kevin Love (rest), Georges Niang (left foot fourth metatarsal stress reaction) and John Tonje (G League) are ruled out.
