REDWOOD CITY, Calif. — Bon Appétit Management Company is pleased to announce that Saajid Khan will join the company as Chief Executive Officer later this year. Fedele Bauccio, Bon Appétit’s visionary co-founder and CEO, will remain actively involved with the business and will take on the role of Executive Chairman.

Khan brings more than 30 years of executive leadership and operational experience with Compass Group, with roles spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. He currently serves as CEO of Compass Group Canada and ESS North America. In his new role, Khan will work closely with Bauccio and Bon Appétit’s leadership team to support a thoughtful transition and continued focus on the client partnerships, culinary excellence, hospitality, and values-driven innovation that have defined Bon Appétit since its founding in 1987.
