The Toronto Blue Jays are currently taking on the Baltimore Orioles in a three-game weekend set.

Before game two of the series against the Orioles, the Blue Jays announced that veteran MLB pitcher Austin Voth has been designated for assignment, and Hayden Juenger's contract has been selected from Triple-A Buffalo.

Austin Voth's MLB career

Austin Voth has pitched in parts of eight seasons across Major League Baseball. He's pitched for the Blue Jays, Washington Nationals, Baltimore Orioles, and Seattle Mariners

In six innings with the Blue Jays this season, Voth has surrendered six earned runs with five walks issued and just one strikeout. He holds a career ERA of 4.77 across 366.1 innings pitched.

As for the selection of Hayden Juenger, he's been solid in the minors this season and was a sixth-round pick by the Blue Jays in 2021. He holds a 3.15 ERA over 20 innings this season with Triple-A Buffalo, while notching three saves.

The Blue Jays' bullpen shuffle continues, and it will be interesting to see what the 25-year-old Juenger can bring to the table for Toronto.
