At the time, an inside source previously told Page Six in April that Hurley struck up a whirlwind romance with the recently divorced “Hannah Montana” star after they both happened to find themselves single.

“The romantic side started only a few weeks ago.”

They’ve since been spotted on several high-profile date nights, including their September appearance at the CMA awards and the “Orizzonti | Rosso” exhibition in Rome in May.
