To say that Buffalo Bills receiver Keon Coleman has a lot to prove in Year 3 is an understatement, especially after last season.
With Keon being benched for reported off-field issues, he struggled to make any impact at all, and then we had the offseason press conference from his owner that was just horrific; all signs pointed to the receiver moving on.
But he hasn't, and he's got the backing of coach Joe Brady and general manager Brandon Beane as he looks ahead to the offseason.
However, as Bills OTAs got underway, Keon knows what's at stake in 2026.
"For me, it's make or break," Coleman said via ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg. "If you s---, you might not be here, simple as that. I know what I'm capable of. So, if I fall anything short of that, I'm doing myself a disservice and my team."

Coleman has to produce
After the 2026 season, Coleman will have just one year left on his deal, so the Bills will have a decision to make on their young receiver.
Hence, this season Keon has to prove he can be counted on both on and off the field.
The Bills have given him grace, but now it's time to repay it, and that's by catching passes and scoring touchdowns for Brady's offense.
We've seen the talent, but it's been fleeting. Now, as he enters Year 3, Coleman has to bring a level of consistency to his game that has so far been lacking.
The 2026 season is the very definition of make-or-break for Keon.
