Buffalo Bills receiver Keon Coleman will be one of the most-watched players this offseason as he looks to try to reestablish himself in the league.
After two so-so seasons and after the issues of last year, Coleman will enter Year 3 knowing that he's got to produce as part of Joe Brady's offense, and really produce.
But last year still sticks in the paw for some, as Keon was benched for off-field issues as he struggled to make any impact in his second season.
And as the Bills began OTAs, he was asked by reporters to assess his 2025, and to say Keon was honest is an understatement.
"A--, I mean getting benched four games or some s--- like that. Unacceptable," Coleman said. "It ended off on a decent note and got a touchdown so that was -- I wouldn't even call that a confidence boost that's just a positive thing to end the season on, but we lost. So, that's another negative to erase that but I mean I don't need self motivation, I know what I'm here to do and know what I'm capable of doing."

Coleman facing defining 2026 season
After two underwhelming seasons, the time has come for Keon to show the NFL world that he can be more than "just" a guy on offense.
No more than 556 yards and 4 TDs in a season isn't enough from a player of Coleman's talent, but he has Josh Allen and an elite offense to help push him, so the numbers simply have to be better in 2026.
It is clear that Keon knows where his shortcomings were last season, and he's got a full offseason to fix those problematic areas in his game.
And in Year 3, it's got to be the year we look back on and say this was the season where it all came together for Keon.
