Giannis Antetokounmpo's name is swirling in NBA trade rumors as the Milwaukee Bucks and their superstar decide how to move forward.
One NFL writer sees a direct comparison between Antetokounmpo and Bills superstar Josh Allen, with one key difference: Allen doesn't seem at any risk of being traded anytime soon.
Mike Sando of The Athletic said this about Allen: "You don't have a franchise without Josh Allen."
That's when he compared Allen to the Greek Freak.
"I view it like the NBA and Giannis... in a market where you may not be able to keep stars," Sando said. "You want to do the max deal as early as possible."

There are a few different parallels here.
Allen didn't play at the highest level of college football, turning himself into an NFL QB at Wyoming. Antetokounmpo was drafted from the Greek second-division of pro basketball.
Both had raw, intriguing traits to start but had to add polish to their games.
Bills fans will be hoping that Allen's next step is a championship, like Antetokounmpo accomplished in 2021 with the Bucks.
Both fan bases will be hoping their superstars stay put for a long time.
But right now, it seems much more likely that Allen stays in Buffalo than Giannis stays in Milwaukee.
