With the NFL Draft just one day away, fans everywhere are locking in to see what their favorite teams end up doing, and waiting to see what players they add to their roster.
The Buffalo Bills sit with the No. 30 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, and Matt Parrino of Syracuse.com projects they will make multiple trades. For starters, they will trade down with the Jacksonville Jaguars, sending pick No. 30 to the Jaguars for picks No. 36 and 70. The Bills then trade pick No. 36 to the Las Vegas Raiders for picks No. 37 and 143. After landing cornerback Trey Amos from Ole Miss with the No. 37 pick, the Bills make another trade, this time with the Atlanta Falcons to get the No. 47 pick to land Arkansas edge rusher Landon Jackson.
"The Bills are dealing with a serious problem on their defensive line, as edge rusher Michael Hoecht and defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi face six-game suspensions to start the 2025 season," Parrino writes. "Buffalo signed veteran pass rusher Joey Bosa, but his health and availability are concerns, especially if he’s asked to play a significant role for five straight months. Enter Jackson. The Arkansas prospect is massive at 6-foot-6, 264 pounds and plays the game with aggression. He uses his size to his advantage, and his quickness and explosive pass-rush ability were on display at the Senior Bowl earlier this offseason."
Should the Bills get a hoard of picks in the top 100 from trading down, while still being able to get a great haul, that would be the ultimate job well done by general manager Brandon Beane.
