The Buffalo Bills, in Joe Brady's first offseason, have a mountain of work to do in order to get this team back to a place where they can legitimately challenge for a Super Bowl.
With Brady not getting a breaking-in period, as Josh Allen is in his prime, Buffalo knows it has to win now or risk wasting the career of one of the best quarterbacks on the planet.
So, free agency looms as a key part of the offseason, and it's a place where the Bills can strengthen their roster considerably.
Or, as CBS Sports' Jordan Dajani thinks, it could be one of the hardest hit.
That is because Connor McGovern, David Edwards, Joey Bosa, A.J. Epenesa, Matt Milano, Larry Ogunjobi, Shaq Thompson, DaQuan Jones, Damar Hamlin, Cam Lewis, Jordan Poyer, and Tre'Davious White are all pending free agents.

Bills facing defining decisions
Both McGovern and Edwards are set to command a big pay rise; the Bills might have to be content with keeping one, but having both on the roster might be a little tough.
Especially when looking at the other free agents and the positions they are in, the Bills could lose a host of key players, which is less than ideal for a team fighting for a Super Bowl.
But that is the free agency game, and Buffalo will need to do some wheeling and dealing to make sure this roster is Super Bowl-caliber in Brady's first season.
It could be, but it could also be gutted in free agency, which is a horror scenario for Bills Mafia.
