This may not be a straightforward idea, but the Buffalo Bills could certainly use another wide receiver.
They'll just have to hope the market for an ideal WR target in free agency ends up being a bit of a bargain.
Local radio guy Nate Geary shared this thought on X on Tuesday afternoon:
"I think if the Bills intend to add one more WR in FA, Jauan Jennings is the guy I want. He's a dog."
Jennings is a free agent from the San Francisco 49ers, and by some measures, he's the top guy still on the board.
The Spotrac market value tool actually sets Jennings as a $22.6 million per year player. If that's his price, he's likely too much for the Bills to acquire.

But if he comes in somewhere below the Romeo Doubs deal just signed with the Patriots, which was four years for $70 million ($17.5 million per year), maybe there's something to be done here.
Buffalo would likely still have to move contracts around. It wouldn't be at all simple.
But the salary cap in the NFL is almost always able to be navigated around in the present, even if it can create some problems down the road. That could work in the Bills favor with Jennings.
Buffalo already made what seemed to be its big WR splash in trading for DJ Moore from the Bears. They could certainly use another pass catcher, though, because that wideout group was particularly poor in 2025.
So keep an eye on Jennings, at least. You never know what might still happen.
