The brand that mastered meatless meat has cooked up a new creation.

Since launching in 2009, Beyond has dominated the plant-based market with its wildly popular burgers, sausages, and ground “beef.” Now, it’s taking the natural next step: protein drinks — but not the heavy, milky kind of shakes.

The company is testing out the beverage space with Beyond Immerse, a plant-based drink designed in a lighter, more refreshing format. These sparkling beverages blend plant protein, fiber, antioxidants and electrolytes to help fuel and hydrate the body.

And unlike most functional drinks that come in a single format, the brand is giving consumers options: choose between 10 grams or 20 grams of protein, both with 7 grams of added fiber. The higher-protein version clocks in at 100 calories, while the lighter option comes in at just 60.

Beyond Immerse is currently available in several fruit-forward flavors, including fan favorites like Peach Mango and Lemon Lime, as well as newer additions like refreshing Cherry Berry, Cucumber Grapefruit and nostalgic Strawberry Lemonade.

One reviewer described the drinks as “fresh and light,” while others say they’re “not overly sweet,” and many note the absence of a chalky aftertaste, which is a common complaint with protein drinks.

The drinks aren’t just free of meat, dairy and whey — they’re also non-GMO and have zero added sugars, offering a cleaner option for anyone focused on their daily health.

On the label, you’ll find a range of functional ingredients, such as pea protein, tapioca fiber and added vitamins for immunity. According to the brand, the drinks help “replenish the body with every refreshing sip,” and some users are already taking notice.

“The ingredients are clean with protein, fiber, iron, vitamin C, potassium, no added sugar…” one customer shared. “I love how they are flavored with monk fruit and stevia. I love them before and after a workout, or just throughout the day. I just feel healthier and refreshed when I drink them.”

As of now, Beyond Immerse is exclusively sold on its website, and a 12-pack starts at $29.95.
