The best moveset for Meloetta (Aria) includes the following attacks:

• Hyper Voice
• Psychic
• Power Gem
• Dazzling Gleam

Meloetta learns its STAB attacks, Hyper Voice and Psychic, on its own via level-up. For coverage, it should use Power Gem and Dazzling Gleam to deal with its Bug-type and Dark-type weaknesses, respectively.
