Bengals' Tee Higgins aiming for career-first in 2026

1 hour ago 3

Cincinnati Bengals receiver Tee Higgins makes up one half of the superb duo for Joe Burrow, with Ja'Marr Chase the other stud weapon on offense.

For years, the Bengals have had one of the best receiving duos in football, with Chase and Higgins putting up big numbers.

Higgins has struggled to stay healthy over the past couple of seasons, and as a result, his production has dropped, which is to be expected.

But as he approaches Year 7, Higgins has revealed his goals, and it's something he's never done before.

"I'm trying to shoot for that 1,000 yards this year. I missed that the last few seasons. I'm trying to get at least 10 touchdowns. Just throwing some goals out there," Higgins said via Rob Gregson of A to Z Sports.

Can Higgins reach milestone?

Absolutely, he can.

In the last two seasons, he's got double-digit touchdowns and has surpassed 800+ yards, so he has already gotten close to the milestone he's set for 2026.

And to think that's with missing games due to injury.

If Higgins has a clean run with his health, there's no doubt that he can get to that 1,000-yard, 10 TD benchmark in 2026. In his six years, he's surpassed 1,000 yards just twice, and he'll be hell-bent on making sure that in Year 7, it marks the third time in his career he achieves the feat.
