The Philadelphia Eagles' 2025 Super Bowl defense didn't go as planned. But in 2026, they'll continue to have high expectations.

While A.J. Brown's official future remains up in the air, regardless, the Eagles revamped their offense this past offseason with Makai Lemon, Eli Stowers and Hollywood Brown. Defensively, they also found new playmakers in Jonathan Greenard and Riq Woolen.

Nick Sirianni's squad finally broke the NFC East's streak of no back-to-back champions last year — and anything short of another division title may be viewed as a shortcoming in 2026.

Here is a complete breakdown of the Eagles' 2026 schedule, including dates, start times and analysis for all 17 games.

Eagles strength of schedule

Even if all of their wins weren't very convincing in 2025, the Eagles beat plenty of quality opponents, from the Chiefs and Rams to the Bills and Packers

Based on teams' 2025 winning percentage, Philadelphia's schedule will be lightening up a bit; their strength-of-schedule ranks 23rd in the NFL. That's partially due to the Commanders, Cowboys and Giants' struggles last year, but despite having to face eight 2025 playoff teams, there should be some favorable matchups for the 2026 Eagles.

Toughest tests: Of the Eagles' home matchups, they'll likely have the Rams and Seahawks matchups circled, with L.A. always giving Philadelphia fits and Seattle as the reigning champs. On the road, the Eagles are set to face a Bears team they lost to last year, on top of the 49ers, who eliminated Philadelphia from the playoffs last winter.

Biggest breaks: Depending on how the Commanders and Giants' offseason changes pan out, either could prove to be an easier opponent in 2026. Regardless, the Panthers, Titans and Cardinals all represent teams with losing records last year who the Eagles will face in 2026.

Eagles record prediction

Bottom line: Now two years removed from a dominant showing in the Super Bowl, there remains too much talent on this team to miss the playoffs — with or without A.J. Brown.

Philadelphia should be a contender in the NFC East at minimum, with its biggest questions coming on the offensive side of the ball once again. Can Lemon and Brown step up for Jalen Hurts? Can Saquon Barkley re-elevate to his superstar-level play? And defensively, can Greenard provide a star-level pass-rushing option?

It would be a surprise to see the Eagles miss the playoffs, and they should be the NFC East favorite.

Record prediction: 12-5
