Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10 star Kizzi Kitchener is reflecting on her hookups from the charter season.
On Monday night’s (Oct. 20) episode of Watch What Happens Live, Kitchener—who seemingly hooked up with Nathan Gallagher amid his split from Gael Cameron—reacted to the news of them welcoming their first baby.
“I think it’s lovely news,” she said. “I love babies and I love love and I love weddings. I wish them all the happiness and all the health and I hope she gets a lovely big ring and they have a lovely day.”
While the flirting is only getting started between Kitchener and Gallagher at this point in the season, the full trailer teases multiple hookups between the two crewmates as the episodes go on. “We’ve got a great crew. I just want to fuck everyone,” Kitchener says in the trailer. “I’m gonna ruin the deck team. I’m gonna do a bingo card and I’m gonna try to tick off the whole crew.”
However, Kitchener shocked her co-stars in a recent episode when she revealed that she was seeing a “gentleman” back home, who she is now dating officially.
“When we were filming, we weren’t actually boyfriend and girlfriend. We’d only known each other for two months, so we were just seeing each other. I am very open and very honest so he knew everything the whole time anyway,” Kitchener explained on WWHL, admitting that her boyfriend “doesn’t love” what he’s been seeing from her on the show.
Gallagher and Cameron, who began seeing each other in Below Deck Med Season 9, will reconcile their relationship in Season 10, despite his fling with Kitchener. The two welcomed their first son together, Kayden, in June 2025. According to chief stew Aesha Scott, this season will be “mighty uncomfortable” for them to watch back as well.
“I don’t think Nathan’s really looking forward to it, to be honest,” Scott told Decider. “But I mean, at the end of the day, it is what it is. I feel bad for them. Well, I feel bad for Nathan because I keep seeing online that everyone’s saying, ‘Oh, I can’t believe that Nathan’s cheated on Gael.’ And it’s like, watch the bloody season. He doesn’t cheat on her. They’re not together for most of the season.”
Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
