Bayern Munich are still in party mood as they reclaimed the Bundesliga crown earlier this week after Bayer Leverkusen played a 2-2 draw against SC Freiburg in the weekend.
It marked the club's first trophy under Vincent Kompany and also broke the curse for Harry Kane. This was the English striker's first major title in his career.
It was a momentous occasion for the 31-year-old as he missed out on plenty of silverware. Kane came agonizingly close to winning trophies with his previous club, Tottenham Hotspur and also with the England National Team, but fell short each time.
Hence, he was extremely happy and joined the long list of players who won silverware after leaving Tottenham. Also, his former Tottenham teammates congratulated him as it was indeed a big day for Kane.
Amid all the celebration, the rumour mills continue to churn out speculations linking the 31-year-old striker with a Premier League return. Some reports even suggested that he may return to previous club Tottenham.
According to talkSPORT's Alex Crook, Kane may consider a move back to England after another season in Munich. He believes that the Englishman will try to defend the Bundesliga and have another crack at the UEFA Champions League with Bayern before returning to Premier League.
Also, his current contract has a release clause which will reduce to £54 million in 2026. Therefore, there are rumours of the England skipper returning to the Premier League next summer.

Apart from the release clause, another issue that has sparked Kane's exit rumours is his close friend and current Bayern teammate Eric Dier's departure from Bavaria at the end of the season.
The England international has declined contract renewal from the Bavarians and has decided to try out a new challenge by joining Ligue 1 outfit, AS Monaco.
Many feel Dier was signed by Bayern to help Kane get accustomed to the team and also feel at home in a new city. But now, with the defender's departure, the speculations of Kane's exit have reignited.
What did Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund say about this issue?
Bayern sporting director Christoph Freund was unfazed after hearing the rumours over Kane's future. He remained calm and assured over the matter as he believes the player is happy to continue in Munich.

He also highlighted that Dier's departure from the club will not have any impact on the 31-year-old, as he feels that the Englishman has done well to get used to Munich and the German people in general.
“That is not an issue. Harry is generally very well respected in the team. He gets along well with everyone. He is in the prime of his life and has acclimatised himself superbly in Munich. Even the departure of his friend Eric Dier in the summer does not directly affect Harry," Freund told Abendzeitung.
The England striker joined Bayern in 2023 for a whopping €100m million and, since then, has netted 80 goals in 89 appearances for the German outfit.
Whenever the 31-year-old was asked about the rumours, Kane replied by saying he's happy at Bayern Munich and wishes to continue. Recently, when asked about the release clause, he said, "What I can say is that I am very happy at FC Bayern. No comment on the clause.”
