Barry Bonds has a nephew. His name is Payton Bonds. And he's putting up massive stats as a Big Ten baseball player so far this season.
The nephew of the San Francisco Giants legend plays at Rutgers University, and he's been incredible so far this season. And for those wondering: He's Bobby Bonds II's son, making him the grandson of the MLB great Bobby Bonds.

Payton Bonds measures up at 6-foot-5 and 230 pounds.
He started his college career playing for the Campbell Camels in the Colonial Athletic Conference for a season, and this is now Payton's second season at Rutgers.
He was a high school ballplayer in New Jersey and also played basketball in high school.
Payton Bonds is draft eligible this season, so he'll be worth tracking to see where he might get picked. If he keeps hitting like this, he'll keeping moving up draft boards.
