Australia vs India 2025, 4th T20I: Toss result and playing 11s for today’s match, umpires list and pitch report

Team India are taking on Australia at the Carrara Oval in Queensland in the fourth T20I of the five-match series. With things level at 1-1, there is everything to play for both sides. A win in Queensland will ensure that the team cannot lose the series as the other side can, at best, draw the contest by winning the last game.

The Men in Blue squared the series by winning the third T20I at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart by five wickets. Left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh reiterated his value to the team with a match-winning performance, while Varun Chakaravarthy continued to impress. Shivam Dube, however, went for 43 runs in three overs, which would be a cause for concern.

A bigger worry for India is the batting department. Shubman Gill registered yet another failure at the top of the order, while skipper Suryakumar Yadav registered one more low score. The Indian skipper did get off to a flying start, but failed to convert it into a big innings. The versatile Washington Sundar, though, played a blazing knock (49* off 23) to get the Men in Blue over the line.

Australia have won the toss and have opted to bowl first. Mitchell Marsh said:

“We don't play a lot here. It is great to be here, will try to get as much information about the surface as we can.”

Australia have made four changes - Adam Zampa, Glenn Maxwell, Josh Philippe and Ben Dwarshius come in. India are going in with an unchanged playing XI.
