Austin Theory revealed himself to be the masked man. He has now explained why he joined The Vision.

At Survivor Series: WarGames, a masked man climbed into the cage and attacked CM Punk, thereby helping Paul Heyman's team win. Over the next few weeks, this masked man got involved in The Vision's business and helped them out. Last week again, this masked person interrupted during Rey Mysterio's match against Logan Paul and cost him the bout. Following this, he revealed himself to be Austin Theory.

Tonight on WWE RAW, Paul Heyman ran into Theory backstage at the start of the show. Theory said he wanted Heyman to know why he was wearing the mask. The former United States Champion saw how The Vision conducts business, and he is in. He also offered to help them in their tag match against CM Punk and Rey Mysterio.

Austin Theory broke his silence after unmasking himself

Much like Drew McIntyre, Austin Theory was handpicked by Vince McMahon as the future of the company. He was also heavily pushed after being called up to the main roster. He won the United States Championship and defended the title against Bobby Lashley and Seth Rollins. Theory also competed against John Cena. However, after Triple H took over creative control of the company, Theory was placed in a tag team with Grayson Waller. They even won the WWE Tag Team Titles. This tag team continued until Theory got injured earlier this year.

After last week's episode of RAW, it looks like Theory is back and with a new look. Following his huge unmasking, the former United States Champion took to social media to break his silence.

"Mask Off," he simply wrote.

It remains to be seen if Triple H will push Theory into the top spot with this new gimmick.
