At least 10 wounded in shooting at Oklahoma’s Arcadia Lake following large party of young people

At least 10 people were shot at an event full of young adults near Lake Arcadia in Oklahoma on Sunday night, according to reports.

Police swarmed the lake in Edmond around 9 p.m. after multiple 911 calls reported a shooting, Edmond Police officials said in a press conference at the scene.

The gunfire erupted at a large “Sunday Funday” party where many young adults were in attendance, News on 6 reported.

Police responded to the scene after multiple 911 calls. News9

At least 10 people were taken by ambulance to multiple local hospitals in various conditions, KOCO reported.

Police said the number of victims may rise as others who were wounded were taken to the hospital by personal vehicles.

No suspects are in custody at this time, cops said.

Authorities stressed there is no current threat to the public as an investigation remains ongoing.
