The tech company run by a CEO exposed having an alleged affair with his head-of-HR mistress on a “kiss cam” at a Coldplay concert said Friday that it has launched an investigation into the embarrassing incident, suggesting the intimate relationship was unknown to the firm’s board.

“Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability,” the tech-and-data firm said in a statement.

“The Board of Directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we will have additional details to share very shortly.”

Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and the firm’s chief human resources officer, Kristin Cabot, scrambled to hide their faces when they were broadcast on a jumbotron canoodling at Gillette Stadium outside of Boston Wednesday night.

“Oh, what?” lead singer Chris Martin said with confusion on stage, according to TikTok footage. “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
