Arianne also announces that Mr. Dominique Bouchard did not seek re-election to the Company’s Board of Directors. After more than thirteen years of dedicated service on the Board, including nearly nine years as Executive Chairman, Mr. Bouchard has chosen to step down from his position as a director. He will, however, continue to support the Company as a Strategic Advisor, allowing Arianne to benefit from his extensive experience and deep understanding of the organization and its challenges.
