Henry Golding seemingly confirmed rumors of an on-set feud between his Another Simple Favor co-stars Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick.
During his and Charlize Theron‘s appearance on Thursday night’s (June 26) episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen enlisted them in a game of “1, 2, Agree or Disagree.” Things got shady when Cohen asked whether there’s “usually at least a little bit of truth” behind rumors that two co-stars are clashing on-set — and both actors held up their “agree” signs.
“Says one of the stars of A Simple Favor!” Cohen quipped, referring to rumors of beef between Lively and Kendrick, the stars of both A Simple Favor movies.
Golding laughed, before coyly adding, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”
Rumors of tension between the two actresses came amid their promotion for the Paul Feig-directed sequel when Entertainment Tonight asked Kendrick what it was like to reunite with Lively, who was in the midst of a fiery legal battle with her It Ends with Us co-star and director Justin Baldoni.
“Oh, you know…” Kendrick replied.
The Pitch Perfect star was later asked how she felt about “everything that’s going on in the world,” a clear reference to her co-star’s highly publicized legal drama.
“Why, what happened?” Anna quipped, per Variety. “I did ayahuasca, and the last year of my life is just gone.”

However, a source with knowledge of the situation shut down the gossip, telling E! News, “There is no drama. They are not enemies. They are coworkers; friends and get along well.” The insider added that the two actresses were looking forward “to promoting the movie along with the rest of the cast.”
Feig—who directed A Simple Favor and its sequel—also defended Lively when rumors claimed her legal dispute with Baldoni was having a negative impact on Another Simple Favor’s release. “This is total BS. Sorry,” he wrote on X in January. “The movie is finished and coming out soon. Don’t believe anything you read on social media these days.”
Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
