Angel Reese and Wendell Carter Jr. have been rumored to be an item for quite some time now. On Friday, Reese fanned the flames of speculation by posting some stories related to Carter and his team's latest matchup.

On a day when Carter's Orlando Magic competed against the Boston Celtics in Emirates Cup action, the Chicago Sky forward posted a series of selfies in which she is clad in Magic apparel. She also uploaded a photo of the Kia Center, which happened to be the home venue for the Magic-Celtics game.

The Magic went on to defeat the Celtics 123-110. With this home victory, Orlando improves their record to 4-5 while also notching their first win in the in-season tournament. Meanwhile, Boston falls to 4-6 in the Eastern Conference standings and 1-1 in the NBA Cup.

Carter finished the game with 18 points, five rebounds, one assist, and two steals. Starting at center, he shot 50% from the field and made all but one of his seven free throws. In the last two minutes of the game, Carter helped seal the deal when he scored on a layup in transition to put the Magic up 111-100.

Earlier this year, rumors started swirling when Carter attended Reese's 23rd birthday. Since then, the two have had some interesting exchanges on social media.

On more than one occasion, Reese has posted pictures in which she is wearing Magic gear. Neither athlete, however, has confirmed anything official between the two of them.

As the Magic's season rolls along, netizens will be closely monitoring Reese's social media platforms for more clues related to her rumored relationship with Carter.

"Quietly minding my business": Angel Reese reveals her goal for WNBA offseason

Interestingly, Reese has revealed that she has been trying to be low-key this offseason.

When one netizen pointed out that the two-time All-Star has been "MIA," Reese responded by saying that this was by design.

"That was the goal for this offseason," Reese tweeted. "Quietly minding my business so everybody won’t mind MINE."

It's hard, of course, for netizens to not pay attention to what Reese does. From walking the runway at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show to posting images of the Orlando Magic's home venue, Reese has given fans plenty of fodder for conversation.
