Amy Schumer praised her estranged husband, Chris Fischer, before announcing their separation after seven years of marriage.

The comedian gave the chef a special Instagram shoutout Friday for staying by her side through her 2021 endometriosis surgery.

“Just found this from years ago pretty. My truest self. Chris dug it,” she captioned a video of herself in a hospital bed.

In the video, meanwhile, Fischer, 45, filmed the “I Feel Pretty” star as she was coming out of anesthesia.

“We sit at the bar, we get a couple drinks,” Schumer said while barely awake. “We just have a blast.”

Within an hour of posting the video, the actress posted a separate photo with Fischer, revealing they were parting ways after secretly tying the knot in 2018.

“Blah blah blah Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage after 7 years,” she captioned a photo of herself and her ex on the subway.

“We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son,” Schumer shared, referring to their 6-year-old son, Gene.

She jokingly asked fans to respect their privacy, saying, “Not because I dropped some lbs and thought I could bag s basket and not because he’s a hot Janlmes beard award winning chef who can still pull some hot tail.”

“Amicable and all love and respect! Family forever,” the “Trainwreck” star added.

The exes have been at the forefront of split rumors for years, and the rumblings heated up when Schumer shared her dramatic weight loss via social media and later opted out of wearing her wedding ring.

Schumer, however, responded to breakup rumors in a since-deleted video on Dec. 2, saying, “Whatever ends up happening with me and Chris has nothing to do with weight loss or autism.”

The “Kinda Pregnant” star added that she and Fischer, who was diagnosed with autism in 2019, were trying to “make it through,” stating he was “the best.”
