One of her followers asked her how she handles her mental health and if she had any tips. She went on to share how she keeps her mind clear and how it helps her personal relationships in return.

"Sounds selfish, but putting myself first. When I protect my peace, I show up calmer, clearer, and healthier for everyone else." Adams replied to a Instagram follower.

Amon-Ra St. Brown's girlfriend, Brooklyn Adams clapped back at WAG term

Amon-Ra St. Brown's girlfriend, Brooklyn Adams, clapped back at the term "WAG," disagreeing that it defines who she is as a person. Adams recently collaborated with clothing brand, "Abercrombie & Fitch" for the "In Her Own League" campaign.

Adams sat down with PEOPLE magazine as part of the brand collaboration and explained how she doesn't find the term WAG as endearing. The registered nurse and the content creator finds meaning and happiness in other aspects of life and doesn't feel that term shows women's full potential beyond being a significant other.

"We're more than wives and girlfriends of athletes. I have a name, and if you got to know me, then you'd realize that I'm more than just a girlfriend," Adams stated.

Amon-Ra St. Brown and Brooklyn Adams have been together since their sophomore year of high school in 2013. After the wide receiver was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the fourth-round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Adams continued her collegiate endeavors and earned her degree in nursing. Which led the couple to being in a long-distance relationship, something was shown during the Netflix series, "Receiver" in 2024.
