Tennessee Titans cornerback L'Jarius Sneed was indicted by a Dallas County grand jury last month for failure to report a felony. New footage shows Sneed driving a luxury vehicle minutes before an alleged shooting in December.
The alleged shooting took place on Dec. 6. The video shows Sneed getting out of the Lamborghini. He was walking on crutches and walked past a few men into a dealership on the day of the shooting.
Sneed was also seen at a gas station with the same men at the dealership. In another surveillance video from a few minutes later, a vehicle drove past the dealership with four loud pops heard and an arm out the passenger side.

According to a probable cause affidavit from the Carrollton Police Department, Sneed was identified as one of the two men to have entered the dealership. A lawsuit was filed against Sneed and Tekonzae Williams, the alleged shooter, seeking at least $1 million in damages.

According to the police affidavit:
“It was apparent that Sneed was the only person they had seen getting out of and into the driver's seat of the Lamborghini. He was also the last person seen getting into the driver's seat at the RaceTrac (gas station) approximately eight minutes before the shooting. “Combined with the rapid acceleration away from the scene proved that Sneed knew what he was doing when assisted the shooter in fleeing the scene.”Williams was indicted by the court on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on Tuesday.
L'Jarius Sneed's return from injured reserve uncertain amid shooting controversy
L’Jarius Sneed is on the injured reserve after suffering a quad injury last month. The Titans cornerback is expected to return at the end of the month. However, Titans general manager Mike Borgonzi didn't have a clear answer on Sneed's potential availability for the remainder of the season.
The team announced they are aware of the legal matter with Sneed, but didn't make any further comments.
