Ally Lewber confirmed she and James Kennedy have broken up after the latter’s domestic violence case was cleared.
“I am happy that prosecutors decided not to file against James, as I never desired criminal charges,” the astrologist wrote via her Instagram Story Wednesday.
Recalling her ex’s arrest last month, she explained, “We had an argument outside of his home related to him drinking again, however, I was not physically hurt.”
Lewber shared that she was “shocked” and “disheartened” by how the media “portrayed” Kennedy’s arrest.
“We are no longer together, but I’ll always support James and wish him the best with his sobriety and healing. Thank you for your understanding,” she concluded.
The 29-year-old influencer spoke out hours after the “Vanderpump Rules” alum’s attorney, Scott Leemon, revealed the Burbank City Attorney’s Office wasn’t going to press charges against his client.
“James is grateful to have this matter behind him and is looking forward to continuing to focus on his sobriety and his DJ career,” the attorney told Page Six.
On Dec. 10, Kennedy, 32, was arrested after allegedly getting into a heated argument with Lewber when they left Kathy Hilton’s holiday party.
At the time, an eyewitness claimed the Bravo star grabbed his now ex-girlfriend and threw her to the ground, though no injuries were visible on Lewber when officers arrived.

Kennedy, however, was taken into custody and later released on a $20,000 bail.
The following week, the Bravolebrity addressed his arrest on social media, saying he was dedicated to focusing on his “sobriety,” “personal growth” and “making meaningful changes” in his life.
As for Lewber, she indirectly addressed the incident and thanked those who extended their “love and support” to her.
“I’m OK and taking the time I need right now. I deeply appreciate all the kindness and respect for my privacy during this time,” she wrote via Instagram.
Six days after Kennedy’s arrest, photos obtained by Page Six showed Lewber moving out of their Los Angeles home.
The exes got together in January 2022 and their romance played out in Seasons 10 and 11 of “VPR.”
